Service Description
Tucker Smith, co-owner of Cedar Rock Gardens, will discuss how to create optimal growing conditions for your local garden or small farm. He will focus on the holistic view of the garden and how to optimize your coming growing season. Bart DiFiore and Capt. Joe Sanfilippo will introduce the major fish species that are commercially harvested in the Gulf of Maine. As scientist and fisherman, they will introduce the general ecology of our area and the gear types commonly used to capture the species that you might encounter in our waters and at the fish market. You will learn with them as they learn from each other.
