Service Description
Merging fishing, farming & ecosystem science Joe Sanfilippo, Tucker Smith & Bart Difiore Tucker Smith, co-owner of Cedar Rock Gardens, will discuss optimal growing conditions and how to create them in regional gardens and small farms. Specifically, he’ll focus on the holistic view of the garden and how to optimize your coming growing season. Bart DiFiore and Capt. Joe Sanfillipo will introduce the major fish species that are commercially harvested in the Gulf of Maine. They will discuss their general ecology and gear types.
